How to place your order.
1. You can order via the website shop, or if you prefer, after having a chat with Trisha, place your order when you receive your kit to return your loved one.
Please place your name and address by filling out your details. Once received we will send you a pack including return envelope in the post which will contain everything you need to place your order and advise on how to send your loved ones ashes, cremation flowers and pet fur plus a return envelope.
Once received, We will confirm that your envelope has safely arrived.
Once your item is completed we will contact you and despatch via Special Delivery.
Your piece will be thoughtfully gift-wrapped. All items are posted by Signed Special Delivery and any unused ashes, fur or hair items will be returned with your parcel.
